I've been slacking on the blog for the last number of days, starting with Good Friday and til now. I strained my back on Saturday and have been all out of whack with my fitness and nutrition since; thus affecting my blogging. The good news is, I took the day off of work and got a chiro adjustment on Tuesday and today, Thursday 4/16, I'm feeling fantastic. During my little blog hiatus, my nutrition and fitness have actually been pretty dang good, with Easter being the exception. On that day, I sat around with my Dad, watched golf, ate whatever, and even finished the eve off with some mongolian grill and chinese food. It was great. But, now I'm back on track. I'm not going to attempt to remember the last few days of fitness and nutrition for the sake of the blog, they were too scattered. So, I'm back on the log, starting today.
