-5 oz. carrots
-medium apple

3:15pm
-2 oz. chicken breast
-2 hardboiled eggs
-1/4 cup walnuts
-large banana

6:45pm
-4 oz. lean beef steak
-medium apple

9-10pm
-2 organic amber ales, 12 oz.

11pm
-2 hardboiled eggs

-2g epa+dha on the day
-135 oz. water on the day
