-8 oz. carrots
-medium orange
-6 oz. strawberries
-1/4 cup almonds

3:15pm

-2 hardboiled eggs
-medium banana
-medium apple

7:30pm
-3 oz. chicken breast
-large banana
-1/4 cup almonds

9pm
-huge piece of cheesecake (too many birthdays)

-100 oz. of water on the day
