-1/4 cup almonds

12pm
-6 oz. piece of salmon fillet w/sweet mustardish glaze
-cup of brown rice
-1/8 cup almonds
-8 oz. carrots

6pm
-Chicken en mole w/flour tortillas @ el gitano's 
-refried beans and rice 
-chips and salsa 
-1 negra modelo 

8-11pm (poker with the fellas)
-4 1554 dark ales
-cheese and cold cuts galore
-left over el gitano's 

12am
-2 home made chocolate chip cookies

-100 oz. water on the day
