-3 oz. dried apricots

3:30pm
-4 oz. chicken breast
-large banana
-2 oz. dried apricots

4:40pm
-12 oz. brewed coffee, black

6:30pm
-1/2 cup raisins

8pm
-4 oz. lean beef steak
-1 hardboiled egg
-1/4 cup walnuts
-1/2 cup blueberries
-medium apple
-3 oz. carrots

8:30pm(Scotty Brown's with the boys)
-2 double Johnny Walker Blacks

10pm(Uisce's with the boys)
-1 double Johnny Walker Black
-1 single Johnny Walker Black

11:15pm(The Copper Hog with the boys)
-1 double Johnny Walker Black
-2 spicy bbq chicken wings
-~2-3 oz. of ahi tuna with soy sauce
-1 bison slider w/cheese, tomatoe, pickle, french bun
-handful of french fries 

-out with the boys gets me every time
-1000mg ca, 400iu vit d3, 4g epa+dha
-160 oz. water on the day
