-large banana

7:15pm
-4 oz. chicken breast
-1/4 cup walnuts
-large banana

9:30pm
-4 oz. chicken breast
-8 tbspn guacamole 
-3/4 cup blueberries
-1 cup blackberries
-1 cup raspberries
-1g epa+dha

125 oz. water on the day
