-2 shot 12 oz. americano, black(toaday's a rest day, couldn't resist)

11:20am
-5 oz. lamb leg steak
-1 cup blackberries
-8 oz. carrots
-1/4 cup almonds

3:30pm
-4 oz. lean beef steak
-medium orange
-medium apple
-1/4 cup almonds

7pm
-4 oz. lean beef steak
-2 medium apples
-1/3 cup almonds

10pm
-6 oz. chicken breast
-1/4 cup pistachio's 
-medium orange
-1 cup blackberries

-1000mg ca, 400iu vit d3, 2g fish oil
-164 oz. water on the day
