-medium banana
-1g epa+dha


7:15pm (post-wod)
-"Endurox"-13g prot, 52g cho, 0.5g glutamine

8:pm
-2 baked skinless chicken wings
-1 baked skinless chicken thigh
-1/3 cup walnuts
-1 cup blueberries
-2.8g epa+dha

9-11pm (movie w/the lady)
-app. 12 oz. ravenswood petite syrah
-too many miniature dove dark chocolates (i'm weak)

12pm
