-1/2 cup raisins
-1/2 large banana

-3 oz. chicken breast
-3 hardboiled eggs
-1/4 cup almonds
-4 oz. green grapes
-8 oz. strawberries
-1/2 cup blueberries
-2 oz. dried apricots

-4g epa + dha
-146 oz. water on the day
