-large orange
-1/8 cup almonds

7:30pm
-1 hardboiled egg
-2 oz. chicken breast
-1/8 cup almonds
-medium apple
-8 oz. carrots
10pm
-3 pints of lazy boy amber
12am
-1 cup of trader joes chocolate ice cream
~75 oz. of water on the day
